Pirate gets life – again – in hijacking of yacht

NORFOLK A Somali national who admitted being one of the leaders in the hijacking of a yacht that left four Americans dead was resentenced Tuesday to life in prison. U.S. Chief District Judge Rebecca Beach Smith resentenced Mohamud Hirs Issa Ali after another federal judge recused himself from the case. The sentence and $408,000 restitution order did not change.
